Policies.
We all hate bad experiences. So let’s make sure we both agree to these few terms to make our time together as pleasant as possible.
Deposit.
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This amount will go towards your total & you will pay the rest at the end of your appointment.
This deposit can be transferred to only one rescheduled appointment. If rescheduling for a second time, your initial deposit will be lost & a new one will have to be made.
This amount is refundable only if I am at fault, meaning if I cancel your appointment.
Cash-Only Payment.
The rest of your total after the deposit will be due in cash only. Please bring the exact amount as I cannot guarantee to have change at your appointment.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Failure to provide cash for your remaining balance will result in a $5 fee added to your total.
Late Policy.
If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your exact appointment time.
You are allowed a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through the booking site. You are allowed one reschedule per appointment.
Same-day rescheduling will result in your current deposit being forfeited and will require a new deposit to rebook.
No-call, no-shows will result in a permanent block from booking and a charge of 50% of your total to the card on file. To be unblocked, the remaining 50% balance must be paid, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Extra Guests Policy.
No extra guests are allowed. Please come to your appointment alone.
To ensure a focused and relaxing experience for all my clients, I kindly request that appointments be limited to the individual receiving the nail service. This policy helps maintain a serene atmosphere and allows me to focus while providing personalized, high-quality service to each client.
Nail Repair.
You are entitled to a free nail repair up until 3 days after your appointment. This is only viable for nails chipping, breaking, or popping off due to my application error. To schedule a nail repair appointment, please message me on Instagram.
Location.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive my address 24 hours before your appointment via email.
